Embodied Research in a Digital Environment: the ‘Research Catalogue’ (RC) as an extended studio?!
[Initated by Dr. Joa Hug, participating artist-researchers: Andrea Keiz, Joshua Rutter and Paula Kramer]
In this collaborative research project we explored what lies beyond the (self-)understanding of the Research Catalogue (RC) as a tool for archiving, documentation and publishing, asking: can the RC be more than a medium for storage and publication and become an extended studio, i.e. a digital (working) space sui generis, in which the bodily practice of collaborative artistic artistic research is not only (re-)presented, but actively takes place itself? Funded by the Department of Culture, Berlin.
